			*Spark news - we believe we have all the terms hashed out and we are waiting on the lawyer for the final copy to sign. He's said this before but this maybe is the real deal?
			**They will be storing a trailer in the back for a bit to clean out some unused stuff, and also the murder fence under the stairs
			**The alarm has also gone off a few times upstairs lately and Issac has talked to Spark about it.
			**Unfortunately this automatically phones the police who end up coming around to KM because there are people there. If this happens to you, the answer is "we have no control over the alarm system and it is fully controlled by the renters upstairs".
			*Tuesday we should have some tree service people coming to cut some limbs that are overhanging so that we can then schedule a roofing company to scan the roof and determine what repairs (or replacement) we need.
			*Tony kindly cut the grass for us this past week which looks a lot nicer. It was getting unruly. We will have to figure out what to do with that in the future as it is grass cutting season.
			*Dogwood Arts and Vestival went great - it was nice to tell the locals to stop by
			*Maker Market coming up. We had a Poster Jam on Friday and another one on Tuesday. Jondale thinks we can open up registrations at any point, just need to flip a switch.
