New page

From [[Communication Director's Procedures]]

Use quality content to push follow up photos to our social media pages. See other related information here: [[Procedure_for_how_to_select_follow-up_photos]]
**"James shows off his excrement powered Twitter posting robot at Show and Share"
**"Now that's what I call an exploding chicken!"
**"This is what happens when someone dabbles in NoSQL and Issac is around to see."
*Include the time/date of the images
*Include the images in an album named after the event
**When dealing with recurring events, include the date in the name of the album
*Tag partners if possible when the event is hosted with partners (e.g., BCPL, The MUSE, Instructables, etc)

=Knox Makers' Event Blog=
Select solid and compelling highlight content for any blog posts that act as summaries of the prior month's events or for special content.
=Google Group=
This should be done sparingly and only for ultra hellacool shots or special content. Generally, avoid spamming the Google Group with a bunch of large filesize images recurringly for events. This could change, but currently content is not being pushed to the Google Group in this way for events.
