* Don't tell Sean but the next meeting actually starts 15 minutes after the scheduled time.
* Don't tell the city that we have meetings because that is why Sean is late all the time.
* Financial update by Sue:
** How many sponsored members do we actually have? We don't know because we are bad at keeping up with that record!
** According to Sue's new report, just our General Fund is up more than $5k for the year.
** Look at us being successful and all that.
** Andrew is fussing because we pay for Amazon Prime.
* Tabby updated us on whether the state requires us to keep record of member's addresses.
** The answer is .. we still really don't know. What does "available" mean?
** Tracy apologizes for reading the law
** Tabby will give all the information and we'll keep discussing next month.
* Tracy lays out a lot of stuff about a new insurance policy (see below)
* Issac and Sean wanted to talk about a Promotional Budget Line, but Sue's handouts showed we already had one, so now they're gonna spend the money.
* Jondale made a case for a public IRC that is connected to an External Mattermost channel (see below).
** Who is allowed in? Should there be moderation? What kind?
** Tracy will only vote for it if it creates no administrative burden for her personally.
* Andrew and Billy update about codes compliance.
** New door is getting better and the old door too!
** Need to pour concrete for egress door
* Andrew also updated on grant projects
** We need to spend money, stat!
** We broke Jondale's stuff and we're going to try not break it again while digging better holes.
* Issac's next item is half-baked. (It's that the amp for the sound system is broken)
** Tabby knows a guy that knows a guy that might donate stuff
* Tracy updated on KILLSWITCH committee stuff
** Still waiting to hear a confirmation from Token Gaming Tavern
** Hoping this Tuesday to set some benchmark dates to move things forward in a regular manner
** How can we best taunt the closest makerspaces into joining in the fight?
* Sue sent out rental bay invoices.
* Next board meeting August 22nd, 6:15pm

* Voted unanimously to enact the "Issac Plan" which he just stated what his opinion what we need coverage on and we all agreed with him.
* Voted unanimously for Tony as Safety Czar
* Voted unanimously for a IRC bridge in Mattermost, public on the website, and Board only on Mattermost - to see what happens.
