* Sue gives financial report
** At about exactly the same balance as last month at this time
** Pretty good increase for the entire year
* Tracy does membership report
** 197 members ... so close to 200!
* Issac proposes that we create a czar or supervisory position to oversee the Hack Rack and Show Off Shelf
* Issac and Sue talked to the ABN about hiring a lawyer about fundraising opportunities
** Hoping to hear back after the first of the year
* West Knoxville Lifestyle contacted us but we hesitate to schedule a big todo because of pandemic
** Sean is coordinating with her about this.
* Regarding the board next year, Issac has confirmed that the entire board intends to continue on in their current position.
* Jondale will set up a voting mechanism and Tracy will send out the invite email shortly.
* Issac is wondering if we want to employ or find a grant writer
** Suzannah has volunteered to look into it more
* Can we do gift certificates? Billy has to look into what plugin works for this.
* Have we fixed the emergency exit? Yes! 99% done!
* Covid upadate? Nothing new to say.
* January meeting scheduled for Sunday the 24th.

* Voted unanimously to ratify a Bylaw Change that allows us to vote electronically in our annual meeting. This will be brought to vote via Mattermost before the Annual Meeting.
