*Financial update by Sue
**Net income way down because we spent a lot - but hopefully will be reimbursed by grants soon
**Our General Fund is not as large as Issac wants it to be and now he is sad
*Issac has also forgotten what he wanted to tell us about Spark
*Grants - starting to get reimbursements yay - next one is in a few months
*Membership report: 298 as of this month
*Maker Mingle was at KM a few weeks ago in conjunction with Spark
**Maker council was impressed with us so that's nice to hear
*Mayor's Maker Council - retreat was this past Thursday
**Lots of new members so a good intro to people
**Someone could step in as a proxy until Sean's term is done - but it has to be one single person - Issac will ask specifically about that
**Maker Faire was brought up - more enthusiasm with new people
**But who will pay? It would be a large burden for us but not too much the city
*Toy Tech - what is going on?
**We need more info as soon as possible
*TVA Energy Audit
**Jondale and Billy were there - walked around, mainly interested in HVAC and lighting - not so interested in downstairs stuff except maybe changing lights to LED
**Report incoming 2-4 weeks
*Maintenance issues - unexpected water feature discovered and repaired
**There's a slight chance that the parking lot might someday be repaved
**The bathroom fan sounds terrible
*Tracy wants to know why we don't use digital waivers and Issac said because laws
*Next board meeting is December 21, 2022 - 7pm
