*Met with 625 collective - it was indeed too expensive and fancy for us, and we are too noisy for them

**We have a contract with a real estate agent and are figuring out financing currently
**Nothing is really happening except many meetings
*The Board went a retreat again a few weekends ago
**The primary topic was the purchase of the building and how it will effect us - administratively, financially, and membership-wise
**One important thing we decided - we will continue to sublease the upstairs to help pay the mortgage - but maybe someday we can also occupy the upstairs

**Sue is tasked with coming up with different financial scenarios including mortgage and added expenses
*Documentary and CityView interview - waiting as long as there is no more updates
*Vestival is coming up - we need to organize that and get some people committed to do some demos
**Their planning committee has not secured a shuttle and thought people might want to walk... Aliki respectfully disagreed - so we'll see what happens
*Larry has committed to being Killswitch King and his thought is the first thing to do is get a new cover for the arena so we don't have to keep repairing it.

*HaxDB refresh - has risen near the top of priorities and is a goal for this year

*Camera system stopped recording so Jondale added monitoring and gives a little data to show when events are being recorded (no people data, just what timestamps the camera triggers)
