			*Our previous insurance provider wanted to boot us because we couldn't get the roof situation handled fast enough for their liking, so we found a new carrier.
			*Speaking of, we still want to repair the roof and are in the process of gathering quotes and hope to move on that in the next coming months
			*Sue and Issac spoke with Trees Knoxville and they are very excited to work with us and plant some trees on our property and make sure they thrive. They might even put us in contact with an arborist to make it even more fancy and curated.
			*Our fence neighbor has put up his own fence and is storing stuff in that lot. We approached him about buying that area but he is uninterested for now. Not great, but not much we can do about it.
