Procedure for Collections for Named Budgets

This procedure covers making collections for separate named budgets. Currently, these are the following named budgets that are separate from the general budget:

• Refreshments
• 3D Printing
• Advertising
• Events
• Consumables

Budget Sources

• The first step for any collection is to identify the correct budget to target. Most budgets are self-explanatory, but there can be multiple paths to an entry in the budget.
• One source may be direct donation. If a member makes a donation that is earmarked for a given budget, then that entry would be entered into the appropriate column as described below.
