Break Area

• Replace burned-out 4' lamps

Closing out Old Space

• Perform final walk-thru and give keys to Pat from City of Oak Ridge

• Put in basic repair work to have best chance of getting deposit back after final inspection
• Cancel or put in Stop Payment on Tech 2020 Internet Service auto ACH withdrawal
• Schedule final inspection with City of Oak Ridge
• Post pics of final items in Member Storage and give folks deadline to claim before anything remaining is tossed
• Stop service with City of Oak Ridge Utilities
