A unique key will be generated and assigned to each voter in the voter pool. | |||
Invitations will be sent to each voter in the pool through their email address and mattermost message. Each invitation will provide a link containing that voter's unique key. | |||
By clicking the link in the invitation, a voter may cast their ballot. Submitting a ballot will save the results associated with the unique key and remove the voter's entry from the voter pool. | |||
Further loading of the invitation will confirm that their ballot has been cast and not allow them to vote again. | |||
