Usage Information
Compatible Materials: Natural woods, composite woods, hard plastics
Recommended Speeds and Feeds:
RPM: 18,000-20,000 (max 24,000) Feed Rate: N/A Depth of Cut: N/A
Additional Notes
Ball Nose Spirals leave a rounded bottom during cutting while still providing a better shear cutting angle like their standard spiral counterparts. These are popular with small CNC's but can be used in a router or router table. The up cut flute design pulls chips up and away from the work piece.
