- Discussed how much insurance would be needed to replace the equipment in the workshop
- Discussed setting up corporate accounts at frequented businesses, and/or getting additional debit cards for board members
- Doug updated on the wood shop code enforcement issue
- Looked at financial state in Quickbooks
- Jondale updated what legal expenses would cost to update our agreement and waiver forms
- Discussed forming a relationship with a local t-shirt company to print our shirts
- Discussed what would be needed to create a privacy policy for our membership information, and what immediate privacy concerns we have
- Discussed adding some new czars/zones

- Voted unanimously to allow members to allocate $5 of their dues to a zone budget
- Voted unanimously to hire a lawyer to update our waivers and agreement forms
