Emergency Board Meeting: November 28, 2018

Time & Location

  • Meeting Located at Chop House on Chapman Hwy
  • 6:00 PM

Attendees

Board: Tracy Homer, Issac Merkle, Jondale Stratton, Bryan Howard, Laurie Kay


Minutes

  • Due to Doug's resignation, it was necessary to meet and vote in an interim president.
  • It was decided to meet at Chop House to make it less painful.
  • Issac brought homework for all of us.
  • Discussed people that have expressed interest in the 2019 Board and where we thought they might fit in best.


Votes

  • Voted unanimously for Issac as interim president.
