• Pre-meeting Czar conversation:
  • Talked about floor plan plan for Bay 1
  • Woodworking is hoping for some work benches (could be shared with metalworking)
  • Let's try not to put any more holes in the walls
  • How do we deal with people who use the zones without taking the 101 class
• Financials
  • All of the zones had incoming cash except Fabric Arts...
  • Good income for the month
• Members - we have all the time so many new members
• Email responses - should one person be on point to answer the board@km emails - even just to forward to the best person
• Would it be okay to charge the general public if they need a one-off tool usage?
• Arts and Culture Alliance renewal is up
• Suzannah talked about an Advisory Committee made of past and current leadership
• Someone mentioned the shop was intolerably cold so we will investigate the thermostats
• Cameras are purchased, we know where to put them, just have to schedule and do the work
• Next board meeting March 21, 2021
