**Continuing to grow
**Sold a few gift cards, should we have a physical printout or some "thing" they can have
**IRS still does not know where our last year's taxes are - Sue will spend a day on the phone trying to track that down
*Susannah's fundraising report
**Not much going on because of holidays
**Someone wants to sell KM logo'ed things at the Make Sale - is that okay?
*Trial Member update
**All of them seem great
**Jack made a good case for himself.
*Annual Members Meeting
**Should we always have the 4th Tuesday be the Annual Meeting?  Signs point to yes.
**What do we do about proxy voting or online votes or whatnot?
**What shall we do about Susannah's position?
***Sean suggests that we nullify that position and turn it into a committee
***The group could designate a chair to attend board meetings
**Should we have a referendum whether we should go forward with the KCDC project? (yes)
**We should appreciate people more often - maybe make that a regular Tuesday thing
*Mayor's Maker Council - no news
*Issac is repeating himself again
*Any maintenance issues?
**There's a hole in the floor.... what do we do with that?
**Jack has volunteered to bring his inspection camera to check it out

*Voted unanimously to eliminate the Events Coordinator position and replace it with a Fundraising Committee with a liaison to the board.
