• Discussed changing the role of the Communications Director to an Events Coordinator and what those responsibilities will be.
• Discussed adding a Webmaster board member to take care of the website.
• Discussed changing the Bylaws to abolish the necessity of a Treasurer role, which will require a vote at the Annual Members Meeting
• Discussed how to cover the Treasurer role and how to lessen the administrative burden
• Discussed how to promote the new vision and mission statement to the members and the public.
• Discussed financial state of the organization
• Argued over whether the male term for ballerina was "ballermain" or "ballerino"

• Voted unanimously to change the board member roles and duties
• Voted to ratify the Vision Statement and Mission Statement
