- Due to Doug's resignation, it was necessary to meet and vote in an interim president.
- It was decided to meet at Chop House to make it less painful.
- Issac brought homework for all of us.
- Discussed people that have expressed interest in the 2019 Board and where we thought they might fit in best.

- Voted unanimously for Issac as interim president.
