• Financial report
  • Paypal takes a lot of money but there is no other option?
• Membership report
  • Up to 194 members!
  • New join form is great - let's talk more about it

  • Should force people to upload photo?
  • Should give option for people to start trial month right away
  • Tracy will write and submit verbiage for new page
• Should we introduce a super-cheap rate for supporters and should we give them some perks?
• Talked about best way to notify the membership of a new trial member - perhaps a post to mattermost
  • And also congratulate people that have become full members
• KM/Spark ventures
  • If we create an adaptive technology should we or can we sell those things to the general public
  • Everything would be open and documented so people could replicate it instead of purchasing
  • We'll see what our attorney says
• Welding workshop concept
  • The idea is to set up a program where some of our welders could teach teens in foster care some welding skills and prepare them for the workforce in this way
  • Can we formally endorse this program so it can move forward officially
• Issac has found a few volunteers who would be willing to write grants for us
• Emergency exit is janky looking and needs to be fixed.

• Tracy has gotten a "demerit" from Issac for failing to email Jay about the aircon

Votes

• Voted 7-1 to require people to send a photo along with their membership form
• Voted unanimously to change membership rules to remove Accepting New Members: Point 2 from the membership rules: (The membership will be notified via email at least 5 days in advance of all probationary member's impending upgrade to keyholder status.)
• Voted unanimously to sign the lease after looking once more to make sure no added confusing verbiage has been added since the last iteration
