Minutes

• Sue gives financial report
  • Good donations for December
  • Sean was the big spender this month refilling Hospitality
  • Expecting a few more donations this month
  • Good gains in savings this year
• Issac would like us to authorize zone disbursements with our gains from last year
• Tracy gives membership report
  • We broke 200 this month!
• Regarding the member that was terminated this month:
  • Still has a balance for his rental area - what should be done about that
• Physical security of the building
  • Some easy things we could do is put up more cameras, make the emergency door force close easier, spinny light
• Are new positions residing over hack rack and show off shelf czar(ina)s or not?
• Did Billy implement gift certificates? Can we start to publicize?
• Also zone store donation link is up and running.
• The annual meeting is this week! Just make sure all of our ducks are in the row.
  • Jondale assures us that there will be no problems
• No updates on the Spark/KM venture or the West Knoxville Lifestyle people or Covid-19 policies
• Exit door is almost done but the weather needs to improve to paint
• Next board meeting: Sunday, February 21st at 2pm

• Voted unanimously to authorize a purchase for two more cameras to point at exit points to catch the bastards who keep leaving the doors open
