- Talked about zone disbursements and moving day
- Discussed encouraging people to sand in dedicated sanding areas or not making obnoxious messes

Sue's financial report
- Lots of fundraising going on for tools so making some bank for that :thumbsup:
Fundraising report
- Passive vs Active fundraising ideas
- Some active ideas - large donor event, or maker faire
- Will share some reading material before the board retreat so we can be thinking
New member update
- Overall number went down because we've culled a bunch of people but we're still getting people
- Billy is youtube famous
Hobo camp
- Still continue to contact spark if there is a camp next door set up
Western Heights project - will be attending a focus group meeting soonish
Roll up door is broken, there is some leaking in the bathroom - SPARK is dealing with it
Board retreat!
- Will start a temp channel to talk logistics
- The photo Issac posted is decidedly murdery
DME container issue
- So far our permit has been rejected and resubmitted
The emergency exit needs to be painted and all the stuff is ready to do it
Discussed how to be more involved with BBB during live events

Voted unanimously for masks to be mandated again for Tuesdays and in person classes
