Minutes

• Financial update
  • We've finished paying for the classroom now yay
  • Great month for classes
  • Lower looking balance but the grant we have is reimbursement so that should change
• Grant update
  • Made several purchases and have to put in for reimbursement
  • We can overspend a bit and cover the difference ourselves
• Member update - still have not officially hit 300, trial members down a bit this month
• Are we going to try and hide the sign up form?
  • We need to change the copy on the join page and then move whats there to a separate link - issac will write something
• Mayor's Maker Council
  • First in person meeting for over 2 years
  • Sean will be stepping down in January and talked with Courtney about a liason for KM
  • Half day retreat coming up Nov 10
• KILLSWITCH
  • Issac has been talking to Tim Hall about being in charge - still up in the air on that
  • Maybe have a plan B person in mind
• Maintenance issues
  • Fountain in the parking lot - hopefully working soon
• Board meeting done in record time!
