• Sue's financial update
  • Spent a lot on grant stuff
  • Sue has reached out to CPA firms but so far no luck
• Membership update - 358 members
• Board retreat recap
  • Issac committed to writing up a description of our values so they are more defined - please look into them and give your feedback
  • Looking into preparing ourselves financially and exploring options toward building purchasing
• Mayor's Maker Council update - focus for the year is trying to address the lack of studio space for makers
  • Perhaps by addressing policy or getting involved and seeing what can be done
  • Talk of the Maker Experience - the new name for the Maker Fair - trying to get a good mix of demos and classes
• Talk of 3d Printing team - we were in accord that they will purchase some shelving and putting someone forward to be the official czar
• Tracy will send out notice of the Annual Member's Meeting sometime this week.
• We should lock the gate if there are cars even if there are no people to be seen. If they are members they can figure out how to get themselves in/out
• Toy Tech was very successful despite the rocky onramp - almost 100 toys!
• Maintenance
  • We may have a leak but we'll monitor it and contact SPARK again if we see an issue
  • The slop sink is consistently being clogged
