Board Meeting:

Financial update - all pretty normal - but we are hitting goals with our balances and putting more into CDs!
Membership update - 374
Mayor's Maker Council - all about the summit at this point
- Jondale is putting together a KM demo to show us off there
Fall Maker Market - very pressing at the moment!
- Paul and Russell are taking on the lighting issue - will stay late one Tuesday to do some tests
- When will we open for vendors?
- We need to finalize the communication and will work on that today - shoot for Tuesday launch
Also need to do get Killswitch up and going - most parts are in, will start putting together some classes
Maintenance issues
- The AC in metal working seems weak - we should call the install guy to take a look
When is the board retreat? It is all very busy!
Next board meeting - September 15 - 4pm!
