- This year each person on the board will report on their individual projects so we can keep everyone on task
Issac: President
- Building: Still slow but steady progress. Entering into due diligence and things looking positive
- MakerUSA: They have asked us to be part of their nationwide education group - we're not sure we're a good fit, but maybe they're broadening their definition. It is tough to justify new obligations, but ...maybe?
- Documentary: on the cusp of release at any moment - we should maybe pair this with the capital campaign somehow - will talk later
Sue: Treasurer
- Building fund is growing, Sue is on the lending options team so we can make comparisons
- Things are pretty typical for Income/Expense - nothing special
Tracy: Membership Director
- 388 members
Russell: Community Director
- Wheedling out of his responsibilities today
Jondale: Tech Director
- Mayor's Maker Council last month - annual retreat to talk about future projects over the next year
- Arts & Cultural Alliance Resource Fair is this coming Tuesday - we usually have a table there and will this year too
- Still a bit of slowness on Mattermost - we are too huge and talk too much - we have to maybe migrate to a different server
- We have passed 950k posts on MM - how should we celebrate 1 million?
Daryl: Communications
- Still people could help with content if they're interested
Sean: Creative Director
- Wants to set up a meeting for whoever wants to be involved to make a strategy for 2026 promotions
- Should promote the aforementioned Resource Fair
Billy: Facilities
- Less tagging of parking violations
- The tool table in the back of the classroom had a forged parking violation
- Shop Air project on pause until shenanigans are passed
