Issac: President

• Spark news - we believe we have all the terms hashed out and we are waiting on the lawyer for the final copy to sign. He's said this before but this maybe is the real deal?
  • They will be storing a trailer in the back for a bit to clean out some unused stuff, and also the murder fence under the stairs
  • The alarm has also gone off a few times upstairs lately and Issac has talked to Spark about it.
  • Unfortunately this automatically phones the police who end up coming around to KM because there are people there. If this happens to you, the answer is "we have no control over the alarm system and it is fully controlled by the renters upstairs".
• Tuesday we should have some tree service people coming to cut some limbs that are overhanging so that we can then schedule a roofing company to scan the roof and determine what repairs (or replacement) we need.
• Tony kindly cut the grass for us this past week which looks a lot nicer. It was getting unruly. We will have to figure out what to do with that in the future as it is grass cutting season.
• Dogwood Arts and Vestival went great - it was nice to tell the locals to stop by
• Maker Market coming up. We had a Poster Jam on Friday and another one on Tuesday. Jondale thinks we can open up registrations at any point, just need to flip a switch.

Sue: Treasurer

• All the things are pretty normal. Probably good that there is nothing super exciting on the finance front.
• We had to file the grownup 990 for 2025 so yay

Tracy: Membership Director

• Meeting weekly with fundraising team. Daryl is meeting with a person this Wednesday and Issac is also meeting with a funder soon.
• 419 Members!

Russell: Community Director

• Sadly away today

Jondale: Tech Director

• Going to order more cameras but has not yet
• Mayor's maker council is meeting this Tuesday. Now that Dogwood is over, they're focused on collecting data about the various spaces and small businesses in the area.
  • What data do they want and what are we willing to share? (not a lot)

Daryl: Communications

• Website is trucking along. Plugins, error logs, nerd stuff.

Sean: Creative Director

• Working on market promotion as discussed earlier
• What are some good, easy wins we could implement to improve the entrance area?

Billy: Facilities

• Still had some leaks from upstairs, but Spark has now put Out of Order signage up so hopefully that will stop the issue. If another leak happens we have a bigger problem.
• Need to put up more Member Storage racks - Billy will order some if we let him.
