- Some movement on building fundraiser
- Dues up, costs event
Tracy: Membership Director
- Roof options need to be decided soon and are expensive
- Fundraisers suggested we put out a press release about our market, building purchase, and what our hopes and dreams are for the property - gain exposure and interest from the wider community

- Surprise things happening
- talks and crafts happening.. some things planned, always accepting more
- newsletter: one ready, waiting on some pictures then will release
Jondale: Tech Director
- HaxDB updates (submitters event editing)
- Need to go over events and auths with a few zones/czars

- Updates on Website (contacts page, faq)
- clicks to laser have been low because of a bug (probably)

- community calendar submissions for market
- public campaign launch campaign
Billy: Facilities
- light fixtures remove/replaced with LEDS
- sprinklers inspected (report by monday for insurance)
- billy on alarm notification list and has code
- member storage in woodworking in progress

- maybe a new poster jam
- need scheduling of KILLSWITCH and maybe documentary for promotion
- vendor slots full and some waitlist
