End of Year Submittals

As President, it is important to ensure that all required submissions are made to the respective governmental bodies. The following submissions and due dates should be ensured to be completed:

• The Annual Report must be submitted to the Secretary of State of Tennessee each year by the 1st of April. This is a responsibility of the Secretary. Ensure that this task is completed in a timely manner.
• Knox Makers is required to file a 990 tax form to the IRS by the 15th of April. The tax form can vary based on the earnings of the organization. This is a responsibility of the Treasurer. Ensure that this task is completed in a timely manner.
