Motion: Knox Makers will incorporate under the provision of the United States Internal Revenue Code 26 U.S.C. § 501(c)7.

Vote: "Aye" votes: Pete, Sydney, Sam, Kyle, Cody, Doug, Selena, Andy, and Mike (by proxy); "Nay" votes: Zach

Disposition: Action approved.

Dues

Motion: The dues rate structure will be as follows: $50 per member, $25 per additional family member. Dues will be collected on the first Tuesday of the month starting 2011-07-05.

Treasurer

Motion: Doug will take on the roll of Treasurer.
