- Vote to increase casualty coverage insurance from $15,000 to $50,000. [PASSED]
- Vote to purchase 2 x 2.5 ton a/c units and install them in the space [PASSED]
- Vote to allow Doug to discuss expanding rental space to next bay. [PASSED]
