Purpose: To determine what are Must Haves and Deal Breakers in moving to a new building.
Minimum Requirements
Adequate parking - at least 100 open in the evening especially 24/7 access 10,000 sq ft. Exterior loading area (preferably for large items) Well lit exit areas Ventilation Sound insulation
Deal Breakers
No oversight on content of classes and workshops Unauthorized danger bay access to non-members Data collection on our members
