* Spark news: Mary Thom has stepped down officially and Michael Blair is the interim director of Spark, a few of us will be meeting to hear more about the transition

* Building news: We are continuing to move forward in a positive (yet glacial) manner.

** We had a geotechnical engineer come out and look at the koi pond and parking lot and they seemed to think it was not an issue
**We are getting ready to put in a Letter of Interest (similar to an offer in residential real estate)
* Fundraising: We've quietly started some fundraising efforts - more public things planned for the near future

**We initially thought we'd be only asking for a little bit to get us to building ownership, but we've been encouraged to fundraise for a much more substantial amount. If we're successful, we might not carry the loan very long at all. :cross_fingers:
