Minutes
- This year each person on the board will report on their individual projects so we can keep everyone on task
Issac: President
- Spark news: We had a meeting scheduled with MT but she was not feeling well so still tbd
- Building news: Things continue to move along in a productive and encouraging fashion
- We are getting ready to put in a Letter of Interest (similar to an offer in residential real estate)
- Fundraising: We've began working with fundraising professionals to help us run a campaign
- We initially thought we'd be only asking for a little bit to get us to building ownership, but we've been encouraged to fundraise for a much more substantial amount. If we're successful, we might not carry the loan very long at all. :cross_fingers:
