These are the actions to take when a new member applies and pays his dues:

  • Communicate via email to provide confirmation that application/dues have been received.
    • Describe process and timeline to becoming a full member
    • Answer any questions on member application
  • Get member to post an introduction on the google group
  • Get LDAP credentials for new members
  • Update member list on drupal https://knoxvillehackerspace.com/memberlist
  • Add new member to list of authorized users of google calendar
  • Get Waiver form signed at next meeting
