Purpose: To determine what are Must Haves and Deal Breakers in moving to a new building.
Minimum Requirements
- Adequate parking - at least 100 open in the evening especially
- 24/7 access
- 10,000 sq ft.
- Exterior loading area (preferably for large items)
- Well lit exit areas
- Ventilation
- Sound insulation
- Two bathrooms and slop sink area
- HVAC
- Be able to do the things we already do
Deal Breakers
- No oversight on content of classes and workshops
- Unauthorized danger bay access to non-members
- Data collection on our members
