• Financial Report - getting ready to purchase some stuff from our grant!
• We should do our best to support SPARK
• Membership - flirting with 300! probably by next month we'll be there
• Maker Market Post Mortem - how can we be better at delivering so that deadline's don't pass us by
  • Spreading the load is helpful
  • Clear timelines
• Should we hide the join form so that strangers don't join and get all the way through trial membership without ever meeting anyone?
  • Members would have to attend New Member Onboarding in order to join
  • Would it make membership go down? Would it help people be more committed?
  • Does it feel more like a secrety secret club?
• Maker Summit - Sean liked it
• Maker City video - does it really promote us?
• Maker Meetup at Knox Makers - Oct 27
• Killswitch - seems like Tim might be interested in leading that project
  • Should we put the trailer under a car port since we keep destroying tarps - ask SPARK if they're cool with it
• KCDC did secure grant for the transforming Western project
  • Andrew was interested in being our liaison to the project

  • Leak from the ceiling near the bathroom
• Congrats to Billy to making the classroom ducting happening! Yay!
• Board retreat? can we still do that?
