**The new grant submission form that Issac came across has raised the bar quite significantly
**There are some things we can do to be more competitive
***Get a landline, have an DEI and/or ADA coordinator, make effort to reach out to underserved artists
***All of these things seem good in themselves, so should we (and how should we) upgrade our organization and be more accessible to more groups of makers
*Membership update: 375
*Lawyer Consult - what would happen to our lease if something changed with SPARK?
**It seems our lease has some incorrect wording; should our lawyer talk to their lawyer? - Affirmative vote recorded below.
*Mayor's Maker Council
**Talking mostly about making housing and studio spaces more accessible and affordable to artists - discussion continues
*Northshore Planning meeting
**Sue and Tracy went (also Andrew and Tony) - we thought it would be more a talking and planning session, but it was more a survey of the community of what kind of design and amenities were desired
*Scholarship Program - we have enough to offer scholarships to two students
*We should have a cookout - how about July 23rd?
*Next Board meeting - people are out of town - do we cut Jondale and Sean, or Tracy?
