Sue's financial report
- We want to encourage people to start paying via Quickbooks invoice rather than recurring Paypal payments - it is a lot less administrative overhead for everyone
- If anyone reading this wants to switch over - please reach out and we'll walk you through the process
Membership update - 371
Mayor's Maker Council - focus on the Maker Summit and new website
- KM will have a "hands-on" demo at the Summit promoting lasers, of course
Fall Maker Market
- Still need volunteers to help out - talk to Russell if you want to be there and have fun!
- Social media image for sharing is incoming soon
Insurance - specifically for events and the market
- Issac went on about what we are covered for and in the end we are well taken care of, and also covered for markets and the like - yay
- Issac also asked about if all of this is the same if it's the public or members, and they are checking back to make it all certain for us
Issac then had to excuse himself to dispose of his cat
KILLSWITCH classic - also at the market!
- We currently have 4-5 entries for the fight - so far!
- What activities can be done between matches?
Sue wants a new paper towel dispenser and will research
