• This year each person on the board will report on their individual projects so we can keep everyone on task

Issac: President

• SPARK news: has had a dramatic change of leadership so lease talks have stalled some
• Building purchase: maddingly close but things keep coming up
  • Good news but not THE good news - hopefully soon!

Sue: Treasurer

• Money things!
• Building fundraiser at $150k - thanks y'all!

Tracy: Membership Director

• 406 members - growing so fast!
• Capital campaign - meet with fundraising team and gave them final notes on Case for Support
  • Will meet with them again shortly to find out next steps

Russell: Community Director

• Newsletter coming out this week :crosses_fingers:
• Talks and Crafts- February is already pretty much full already - lots of good stuff coming up

Jondale: Tech Director

• Got the voting up
• Getting very aggressive to block robots - it has made a difference but an ongoing battle
• Mayor's Maker Council - Summit is end of this month. KM will have a presence there.

Daryl: Communications

• Needs to work out some stuff for new website launch
• Mostly testing and updating pics

Sean: Creative Director

• Marketing opportunities - flyers and maybe more creative ideas
• Hoping to do more Hot Maker Take videos
• Big focus on Maker Market - early and often

Billy: Facilities

• Not too much - will have to look into the plumbing issues upstairs once we have access
• Trying to figure out how to add more member storage

Other stuff

• Annual meeting this week!
  • Do we have enough chairs? People don't like sitting next to each other...we might have to encourage that.
• Next meeting: February 15, 2026!
