- Pre-meeting-czar-meeting
- Talked about the planer that everyone loves to kill
- Talked about electrical situation in the Blacksmithing Building
- Looked again at new layout - the date is approaching!
- Sue's financial update
- Lots of spending this month but good stuff
- Discussed proposal to disburse funds to zones, especially in the wake of adding new bay (see vote below)
- Fundraising
- Meeting with possible help for Welding Project
- Member update - at 234!
- Tracy will make an effort to look at languishing members who have stopped paying and we have forgotten about them
- Mayor's Maker Council update by Sean
- Maker Fair plans are getting going - should meet soon at KM
- Issac brought to attention the hobo camp situation next door - plan is to email Stanley with any issues
- Western Heights project may or may not contact us in the future but have not thus far
- We can still submit our ideas to them to see if it works for them - let's do that over dinner
- Trademark Infringement? Sean can not get in contact with anyone
- Classroom ducting guy was out of town, Billy is going to re-contact
- DME container - shopping around for a decent priced one
- Issac is also working on figuring out where the container will go and get approval from building owners
- Should we go back to requiring everyone to mask?
- Maybe we only do masks on Tuesdays and classes?
- It seems we are not in agreement about any of this yet
- KM has been asked if they want to host a vaccine clinic - do we want to do that?
- Lets give that opportunity to SPARK
- Amos wanted to talk about the automated dust collection system
