- Everything is about the same
- What Sue learned about investing our money
- The banks she looked into will only do CDs for individuals, not businesses
- Our current bank has high-yield money market for businesses - with a disappointing 0.75% interest :/
- Sue will keep looking for business CDs
- What Sue has learned about P-cards
- Talked to our bank - they had two types and Sue is following up this week
- Tracy will now be "in charge" of our P-card policy
- Grant stuff
- Due date of April 1st to send in our last bit of paperwork for grant reimbursement
- Do we want to submit again this year? For what? AV equipment? It's due soon - we need to think about it but quickly
- News about Spark
- Talked a bit about this in the last meeting - they are asking that we pay for the dumpster - Issac will follow up this week
- Membership - Tracy needs to follow up with people have been around for longer than a month
- Website wording - should we add another webpage that prompt people to Affirm that they are taking the Student/Senior Discount because they need it
- Would this cause people to switch back and forth and be a problem for accounting

- Maker Faire
- There was an initial meeting with the committee - Sean and Laurie will head it up
- Maybe Dogwood Arts will help because they have a lot of experience putting on large events
- Mayor's Maker Council - short meeting because it was recap of Whats the Big Idea and prepping for Big Ears
- Not much uptake on the Big Ears parade - Sean will try Mattermost
- Transforming Western - there is a meeting coming soon and who can be there
- What even is it? Who knows.
- Maintenance Issues - the toilet is acting up and we have let Spark know
- Next meeting April 16th
