Sue's financial update
- All same old same old monthly stuff
- We opened our first CD, maybe next a money market instead of savings? (see below)
- Now what about credit cards? (see below)

Member Update - holding steady at 323
Mayor's Maker's Council
- Combine Maker Faire and Dogwood Arts Festival? Still in talks.
Dumpster situation - Issac has spent a shocking amount of time speaking to dumpster companies
- When the contract is over, we can obtain our own, cheaper, dumpster service
- If we want our recycling emptied, we need to roll them upstairs by Spark
Cookout - we're covered I think - people have volunteered to bring fancy things and Jondale will provide the burgers and dogs and labor
- Tracy tried to vote that sweet pickles were gross but it did not go through
Transforming Western - who can get together on a Wednesday morning for our initial meeting?
Maintenance issues? A random wheelchair in the entryway - MT has promised to remove it.
Make Sale - so far 10 signups
- Russell has made a press release to advertise for vendors
- We should also post on social medias and newsletters and contact the vendors from last time
Next board meeting - May 21, 2023 - same time, same station

Voted unanimously to open a money market account when we can comfortably keep the balance above the minimum
Voted unanimously to approve application for an organizational credit card from Y-12 Credit Union
