• Sue's Financial report
  • Sue's internet isn't working so she's calling in
  • Unfortunately her phone is also not working well
  • Lots of money blah blah blah, lots of expenses blah blah blah. We're doing good - next slide.
  • She reconnected so yay!
  • Spent a bit on Killswitch but it was worth it!
  • Made about $1k from the market - success!
• Membership report: 373
• Lawyer Consult - the lawyer has reviewed our lease and Issac discussed with them what the implications are under a few different situations
  • In their opinion we are protected in our current state - we are awaiting more documentation from Spark to make sure
• Mayor's Maker Council - no meetings since the last board meeting
• Dogwood Arts Festival went well - everyone was happy and the people from KM were great representatives
  • Andrew thinks we need more promotional material - we can put something together
• Scholarship Program - we have enough to fund one scholarship this year - maybe we could push to do two?

  • Issac met someone at the TCAT meeting who was a great candidate - she was super excited about all kinds of making

  • How do we keep people excited and help the contestants gain skills to be better fighters?
  • Issac thinks some more events to give people time to practice, Jondale said maybe turn the speed down, Sue shared her practice tactics, Billy noted traction differences in the Thunderdome
  • Should also think about make it easier to get the robots in and out - the panels are wobbly
• What stickers should Issac order?
• Electronics Recycling - someone contacted Issac - they'll be in Knoxville next week - maybe we could do some cleanup off the Hackrack
