Issac: President

  • Spark news: More staff changes.
    • Tech guy upstairs thinks he knows why the alarm keeps going off and possibly has fixed it
  • Working on insurance who is getting on our case about the needed roof repairs
    • Working several angles here with several contractors to get this done ASAP - we do want a well sealed roof!

Sue: Treasurer

  • All normal business - our savings is healthy in case of roof

Tracy: Membership Director

  • Meeting with fundraisers every other week now
  • 427 Members!

Russell: Community Director

  • Talks and Crafts - a few things in the wings for July but please let Russell know if you want to Make and Do
  • Summer edition newsletter - will be to the board for approval by Tuesday so we can get it out pronto

Jondale: Tech Director

  • Mayors Maker Council - talk a lot about recent survey and Jondale many questions about our building purchase

Daryl: Communications

  • Website is trucking along, some software updates. Holding pattern right now.

Sean: Creative Director

  • Market is close enough that community calendars will start accepting the event. Will push that strongly this week.
    • Another poster jam coming up in July for anyone who missed the first one
  • Possible connections to new tech startups who want to get their name out there by throwing money at good causes
  • Met with committee for "beatifications for small effort" - we should think about some of these before the market

Billy: Facilities

  • Finally had another leak in Electronics that we can track where it's coming from (wall not floor)
  • Air conditioning keep freezing up a couple times. Please keep at 73 or 74 to help. We have AC person coming to give a look on Thursday.
