Issac: President

• Our previous insurance provider wanted to boot us because we couldn't get the roof situation handled fast enough for their liking, so we found a new carrier.
• Speaking of, we still want to repair the roof and are in the process of gathering quotes and hope to move on that in the next coming months
• Sue and Issac spoke with Trees Knoxville and they are very excited to work with us and plant some trees on our property and make sure they thrive. They might even put us in contact with an arborist to make it even more fancy and curated.
• Our fence neighbor has put up his own fence and is storing stuff in that lot. We approached him about buying that area but he is uninterested for now. Not great, but not much we can do about it.

Sue: Treasurer

• We are holding our own financially even with the larger new expenses incurred by being building owners
• Huge new donation toward the building fund - it is growing!
• We got a $50 rebate because we referred Larry to KUB fiber - if you are switching to KUB fiber anyway, let KM refer you!
• Loan balance $1,030,242

Tracy: Membership Director

• BKS meeting was mostly discussing whether we should move from focusing on individual donors and looking more at small businesses and grants.
• Some ask for an independent audit, which we do not legally need yet - could we do it anyway?
• 440 Members!

Russell: Community Director

• All is trucking along

Jondale: Tech Director

• All is trucking along, suspiciously

Daryl: Communications

• Website was hacked but we caught it quickly

Sean: Creative Director

• Sadly absent today

Billy: Facilities

• Now that lease is taken care of, we are going to look at removing some old light fixtures
