Commands

/events [number]

• Can search by:
  • Number of days - will show upcoming events for that number of days
  • Event number - will show who is signed up for that event
    • Find event number by looking in Events Channel

/member [search term]

• Pulls from list of members, and trial members
• Shows name, member status, contact info, and join date
• Can search by:
  • First or last name
  • Email
  • Person ID
  • Phone number

• 9:00 AM
  • Will show trial members whose trials are coming to an end in the next 3 days

/hpeople [search term]

• Same as /member but includes former members, prospective members, etc - everyone in the database
• Users are allowed to edit member details, including name, email, membership status, and key code

/htrial

• Shows a list of who is a trial member
  • Includes name, email, mattermost, trial end date

/hcount

• Shows how many people are currently members

/hkeys

• Shows the status of the networked machines at the space
  • Includes: bbb, moonraker, ip, ups, website

/encourage [text]

• Submit a quote to encourage-bot

Haxbot Hourly

• Will show if any members have been added or removed from the membership email list
• Will indicate if any systems are down at the space
• Will indicate if an event email has gone out to an instructor

Haxbot Daily

• 10:00 AM
  • Shows any new members that have joined Mattermost
  • Gives a random "inspirational" quote, submitted by users

Haxbot Immediate

• Shows if anyone has submitted an oops ticket through mattermost
  • This does not include tickets through the website
