- This year each person on the board will report on their individual projects so we can keep everyone on task
Issac: President
- Building purchase - inspection and valuation done - also the roof does require some work
- Now we will put in a Letter of Intent to purchase with the condition we can get financing
- We can do it!
- Fundraising - we have been connected with a firm that helps with capital campaigns and we will probably accept a proposal from them to help connect us with some donors
- Annie has also stepped up to help with our social media
- As discussed last month, we have a new lawyer and she is all up to date
- Documentary - Issac has been talking to Central Cinema to show a movie for free AND our documentary!!!!
- TBA but look forward to that late September or November
- Maker Market is soon!

- Build classes are eminent and the parts lists have been updated
Sue: Treasurer
- Pretty typical month - both income and expenses
- Some building donations trickling in
- Looking at purchasing an AED machine, will look for grants to assist with that
Tracy: Membership Director
- 373 members!
Russell: Community Director
- Talks and Crafts - filling up quickly - have to double up this coming week because we're so busy!
- Newsletter - look for August this coming week
- Tool instruction - not done too much this past month except a couple check lists
Jondale: Tech Director - Nerd department
- Mayor's Maker Council - meeting is this coming week so nothing to report
- Push notifications back on Mattermost app - database upgrade fixed that
- Using Uptime Kuma to ping and make sure services are keeping up
Daryl: Communications
- Done with website styling, working on content and some forms for Sue
- Could go live-ish, just content and some fiddly bits
Sean: Creative Director
- Sean did an interview with a podcast!
- Tomfoolery - made a pinata that caused more damage to the space and stick than the pinata
Billy: Facilities
- Toilets are leaking on our heads but we're monitoring
- don't worry not the waste line
- Was going to put up projectors but missing a part so hopefully Tuesday
- Working on updating inventory and haxdb - about half the zones are up to date
- Shop air - all the stuff is here, organize setting that up hopefully in September
