• Viewed the new features in HaxDB; the member information database created by Jondale
• Discussed if the minimum age to join should be 16 or 18
• Discussed how to bring more teachers and classes to the group
• Discussed how to implement a purchase order approval process
• Discussed Strategic goals for 2017, specifically a Grand Opening in spring
