• Pre-meeting Czar meeting
  • Our injured party is a hero, but maybe we need to put a process in case there is a future injury
  • Should look into storage of gas canisters safely
• New gate lock?
• Reminder to people about this meeting?

• Sue updated financials - all is well
• Membership update - at 209 as of today
• Mayor's maker council update
  • Nothing new to report
• Billy forgot he was supposed to think about the oops rule
• Tracy will make a bot about trial members for the czar channel
• In response to the new constitutional carry law, should we ban open carry at the space?
  • We will table and vote next month
• Should we have a board retreat!?
• Should we share member phone numbers with czars? What should we do if abuse happens?
  • Issac will revise the privacy policy and submit it for review
• It appears the A/C unit is busted and we need to move on these things
  • We probably should hire someone at this point
• June 8th needs to be planned some
  • Cleanup day? We need some good show and shares. Grill out?
• Issac met with Spark to talk about switch design
• Next meeting May 16, 2021
