• Sue's financial report - the fun stuff!
  • Made much moolah this month
  • $6.80 in interest!
  • YTD change almost $20k. Well done us!
  • What do we spend this all on? Rainy day, buy building, in case something terrible happens
• Suzanah's Fundraising update
  • Working on a contract for vendors and advertising documentation
  • David Nelson will be taking over as the intermediary between board and fundraising
  • Small concern with the hand-off since we've never done this before but hopefully we can make a smooth transition
• Tracy's trial members update
  • Up some down some, same as normal
• Maker Faire Update
  • Next step is Sean will talk about it at the annual meeting
• Western heights project
  • There was a short meeting this week about that and Marisa seemed very enthusiastic
  • There is an open house this week regarding it that some are going to try and go to
• Annual member meeting is next week!
  • Who is going to talk about storage bins?
  • How do we deal with questions about the Western Heights project?
• The mechanism of voting this year - should we electronically or on paper
  • The concern is that people will not be able to hear Issac's spiel about Western Heights if we do pre-voting
  • Maybe we just do the whole thing virtual
• Issac wants to scold the members at the meeting and tell them to get in line
  • Maybe we don't phrase it like that
• Maintenance: bathroom cleaning, inclusion in the floor, water through the walls
• All being taken care of
