  • Could we have no fees for members that just want to show stuff and not sell?
• New members - tracy was unprepared today but still did great!
• Grants - we just won a grant for a bunch of tools and hardware!
• Scary letter in the mail!
  • Tracy totally screwed up and forgot to renew our business license
• Mayors Maker Council - everyone is focusing on the summit

• A local school wants to use the KS trailer - what if we instead ask them to join us for KS

  • KCDC's HUD grant has advanced to final round
  • They had a community fair that we had a table
• Insurance situation - maybe we have a new person to get a quote from

  • Building owners have gotten quotes on the foundation and water damage issues - maybe they hire someone on the side to do it
