- Makers Market Post Mortem
- It was very successful!
- When should we do it again? Twice a year thing? Quarterly?
- It will help deepen relationship with the Maker City and Mayors Maker Council
- Vendor feedback was great - most positive - we provided better support than any other event!
- Feedback on our end
- A lot of cleaning work, but necessary, and for a good reason
- Good camaraderie and pride in KM
- Got a lot of new people involved in volunteering
- Should be more clear that we have vendors who make their things with their own hands
- Putting on another one will be a little easier
- Earliest we could pull off would be November
- We hemmed and hawed a lot and decided to try for Nov 6, with Mary Thom's blessing
- Can Joe post on Facebook about his Arduino 101? More info needed.
- Should we hide the sign up form from the front page of the website?
- Seems that more discussion is needed
- Mayor's Maker Council
- Sean is ready to step down in October
- The Maker Summit is in September so that is all hands on deck at the Council
- Maker Meetup - can/should we host that?
- We are overwhelmingly lukewarm about it
- Maker Faire - should we do it? Yes we think so.
- Crazy idea about KILLSWITCH
- Could we hand this off and let them run with it? Maybe Tim?
- Is someone getting our mail? Looks like no. How can we make this easier.
- PO Box seems like the right solution
- Spark has said they would fix the lighting in the back so yay
- Our Aircon ducting is on the schedule!
- KCDC has not heard back on the HUD grant yet - will be next month
- David Nelson officially wishes everyone a good day.
